The kit includes the quick release adapter, a mounting bracket (that secures with zip-ties to the handlebars) for your bike, a mounting bracket for the Velcro wristband and a mounting bracket on a standard (rubber) watch-band. They all mate to the adapter that simply clicks onto the back of the Forerunner/eTrex, just like the battery charger. It’s a great system and I have only had good experiences with it
